We strive to offer competitive shipping rates for bulky items. However, the shipping cost may vary depending on the specific item(s) and the delivery destination. Most items will have calculated shipping costs at checkout. If an item requires a custom shipping quote, or the product is over 22kg in weight, we will assess the shipping cost and promptly contact you with the details.

What is the estimated delivery time for my item?
Most homewares are in stock and typically ship the day after purchase. We use Australia Post for shipping, and their delivery times are usually 1-2 days for metropolitan residents of NSW and VIC, and 3-4 days for WA, SA, and NT. Rural areas may experience an additional 2 days for delivery. Please keep in mind that these are approximate delivery times. The courier will make an attempt to deliver and leave the item in a secure location. If you are comfortable with this arrangement, please add a note to your order. For bulky items or over 22kg in weight, the delivery timeframe may differ. If you’re unsure about an item’s availability or delivery time, please reach out to us via email.

What is the procedure in case a delivered item arrives damaged or faulty?
First, there’s no need to worry. Simply send us a photograph of the damage by email within 24 hours of receiving your item. We’re more than happy to either provide you with a discount on your purchase or send you a brand new replacement.
