Is everything currently available in stock?

Typically, the majority of our products are readily available in stock and will be shipped to you directly. However, certain oversized furniture items may still be in transit from overseas, which may necessitate some additional time for arrival. If this is the case, we’ll ensure you stay well-informed about the expected delivery date. If you need an item for a specific event or occasion, please reach out to us via email before making your purchase, and we’ll promptly inform you about its availability.

What is the procedure in case a delivered item arrives damaged or faulty?

First, there’s no need to worry. Simply send us a photograph of the damage by email within 24 hours of receiving your item. We’re more than happy to either provide you with a discount on your purchase or send you a brand new replacement.

What is the return or exchange policy if I decide to change my mind?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for any items. We strongly advise making your selections with care and precision. In rare cases where a refund may be  necessary due to special circumstances, please be aware that the processing time for such refunds can range from 5 to 10 business days.

What should I do if the item is too large, too small, doesn’t fit, or appears to have a color discrepancy

We make every effort to offer clear, detailed, and accurate photos, descriptions, and measurements for all our items. We encourage you to carefully measure your space, thoroughly read the product description, and thoughtfully select your preferred color. Unfortunately, we do not facilitate exchanges or refunds in such cases. If you need further assistance, including additional photos or color swatches, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
